Lion’s Den is proud to announce the addition of a youth fitness program. We had such a fun time having the Girl Scouts in the gym earning their fitness badge, so we decided that everyone should have the same opportunity to have fun and learn about fitness! We have programs that will cater to children in 4th through 12th grades.

Our youth programs will focus on having fun with fitness while putting an emphasis on good movement. We believe that moving well with good mechanics will enhance sports performance and reduce sports related injuries in our youth athletes. Also, with the rise in childhood obesity, our goal is to teach kids how to live a healthier lifestyle while moving and having fun at the same time!

Free Promo Day - Saturday 9/14 @ 11:00am

Are you interested in our Fitness Fun or HS/MS Athletic Performance Class, but want to check out the gym and a workout first?!

Then grab a friend (or fly solo!), and come to our Free Promo Day on Saturday 9/14! The Promo Day is designed to show you how a typical class is designed and run, and you’ll get a free workout in the process!

  • When: Saturday 9/14

  • Time: 11:00am - 12:00pm

  • Who: 6th - 12th graders

  • Cost: FREE!

Fitness Fun Class

This class is designed for kids who are looking for a way to stay more active and/or who are newer to sports and learning how to move their bodies. We want to teach them proper movements, coordination and agility while also having fun with fitness in the process!

HS/MS Athletic Performance

This Class is designed for HS/MS athletes who are looking to become strong, fast and dynamic. We want to help them become more confident and competitive in their sports outside of the gym.

Fitness Fun Class

Grades: 4th - 8th grade

When:

  • Thursdays @ 5:00pm - 6:00pm

  • Saturdays @ 9:00am - 10:00am

Monthly Memberships: We now offer monthly memberships for our Youth Programs! All memberships are month to month with no long term commitment, and can be canceled or put on hold at the end of any month.

  • $60 = 2 classes/week

  • $40 = 1 class/week

    • You would pick either Thursdays or Saturdays

Class Description: This class is designed for kids who are looking for a way to stay more active and/or who are newer to sports and learning how to move their bodies. We want to teach them proper movements, coordination and agility while also having fun with fitness in the process!


HS/MS Athletic Performance Class

Grades: 6th - 12th grade

When: Each class is 1 hour.

  • Sundays: 9:30am - Open Gym Only!

  • Mondays: 4:30pm, 6:30pm

  • Tuesdays: 6:00pm

  • Wednesdays: 3:15pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm

  • Thursdays: 3:15pm, 6:00pm

  • Fridays: 3:15pm, 4:30pm

  • Saturdays: 9:00am, 10:00am

Monthly Memberships: We now offer monthly memberships for our Youth Programs! All memberships are month to month with no long term commitment, and can be canceled at the end of any month.

  • $100 = Unlimited (7 classes/week)

  • $80 = 4 classes/week

  • $60 = 2 classes/week
